PUBLICATION OPTIONS AT THE ICCCJ 2026 - FAQs

1. Conference Proceedings (Peer-Reviewed, with ISBN)

 

• What is a Conference Proceedings?
The Conference Proceedings will include mini papers (2,000 words) submitted by all registered presenters. This is a peer-reviewed publication with an ISBN and DOI and all registered presenters will be given opportunity for this publication. This publication will be published by IIJPS (An unit of Appa Education and Research Foundation).

• When is the submission deadline?
The last date to submit your mini paper with the revised abstract is November 15, 2026.

•When will it be published?
The Proceedings will be published as a PDF document in 4 to 6 months after the conference.

• Who is eligible?
All registered presenters who submit their mini papers by the deadline will have their work considered for inclusion in the Proceedings published with ISBN and DOI.

• Will it be indexed in Scopus?
The Conference Proceedings will be submitted to Scopus for indexing. However, please note that Scopus indexing is subject to their approval and we don't have role in it.

2. Edited Volume of Selected Papers (Scopus Indexing Proposed)

• What is the Edited Volume?
After the conference, an expert committee will select the top 20–25 quality papers based on the revised abstracts, mini papers and presentations. Selected authors will be invited to submit revised papers (not exceeding 8,000 words) for publication in an edited book volume.

• Who will publish the Edited Volume?
The Edited Volume will be published by Appa Publications (an imprint of Appa Education and Research Foundation) or some renowned publisher like Springer/Routledge.

• Will it be indexed in Scopus?
The Edited Volume will be submitted to Scopus for indexing. However, please note that Scopus indexing is subject to their approval and we don't have a role in it.

• What is the timeline for submission?
Selected authors will be given six months to prepare and submit their revised papers.
